As an on-site Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers regarding their services. Responding to billing, general customer service questions and troubleshooting.
What we offer:
Three weeks of in-class training plus ample support as you transition into production
$13.50 per hour (after you complete 30 days) $12.00 per hour to start
Love weekends off? You will be working a Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 9:00 pm
$500 Bonus paid out after 30 days provided you work your scheduled shifts.

Answering incoming calls, providing troubleshooting support and account questions
Develop relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
Ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
Deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
You solve problems using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
Are self-motivated and able to complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
Willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
